Brennan Burkhart, Founder & Managing Principal

Brennan Burkhart is Redkite’s Managing Principal, responsible for all aspects of client delivery. Brennan has been working in Financial Services for over 12 years, and has unique expertise in delivering on-demand CRM solutions to enterprise clients, having led many of the world’s largest and most complex implementations of salesforce.com.

Prior to founding Redkite, Brennan was a co-founder of Fujitsu Consulting’s SaaS Practice (formerly OKERE) where he ran OKERE’s Professional Services. Brennan has led engagements with clients including: Citi, ThomsonReuters, Barclays, Merrill Lynch, MetLife, Fidelity, and Morgan Stanley. He has presented at industry events, and has provided insight on emerging cloud trends to analysts from Gartner, Forrester, and IDC.

Brennan was previously a Vice President of JPMorgan’s Investment Bank. He has also worked for Ernst & Young’s Financial Services Consulting Practice.

Today, in addition to his management oversight of Redkite, Brennan works with clients on CRM Strategy, Solution Architecture, Program Governance and Project Management.

Kenny McColl, Founder & Chief Architect

Kenny is Redkite’s Chief Architect, responsible for all aspects of technology strategy. Kenny has over 18 years of experience in strategic IT planning, architecture, and product development within the financial services industry. Kenny has deep experience in wealth management, capital markets trading, sales & research, and derivatives credit risk management.

Prior to founding Redkite, Kenny worked as an architect with several enterprise clients, including one of the world’s largest Salesforce.com implementations at Citi.

Kenny spent 13 years at JPMorgan where he was a Vice President in the Investment Bank. Most recently, he was the Product Manager for JPMorgan’s cross-business CRM platform, responsible for all platform strategy, architecture and planning.

With Redkite, Kenny brings expertise in: IT strategy, architecture and systems design; Delivery management; Product development, and Usability engineering & user interface design.

Derek Tsang, Head of Technology

Derek is Redkite’s Head of Technology, responsible for Redkite’s technology delivery methodologies, and its development and data services teams. In addition, Derek is responsible for overseeing technical design for all of Redkite’s integration projects.

Prior to joining Redkite, Derek was Director of Technical Consulting for Fujitsu America’s SaaS practice (formerly OKERE). Since 2004, Derek has led some of the most complex implementations for Salesforce’s enterprise financial services clients and has been responsible for some of the earliest back-office integrations with Salesforce’s API and custom UI-level integrations.

Derek brings more than 15 years experience as a consultant in the financial services industry. He has worked on assignments with Fortune 100 clients in Hong Kong, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States.

Vincent Ip, Head of Product Research & Development

Vincent is Redkite’s Head of Product Research & Development. Vincent is responsible for executing Redkite’s product strategy…building simple, useful, well-executed products which integrate leading cloud technologies. Vincent also leads Redkite’s Partner Solutions practice which provides strategy and development services for 3rd-party product companies.

Vincent has been leading complex development and integrations with Salesforce since 2004, on more than 20 implementations for Fortune 500 companies including WebMD, Staples, Motorola, Avid, and AIG.

Vincent has more than 10 years of software development experience, having spent the first 4 years of his career at IBM. He also holds a Masters degree in Engineering from Columbia University.
